For young people with different needs, support comes in many forms. At Unwin House, we our committed to working to ensure all support needs are met.
Supported Living
We offer supported living 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there is always someone there to support our young people.
Tailored Plan
All our support planning is centred around our young people, and they are included in every aspect of planning, from home support to education.
Trained Staff
Our Staff are trained to support 16-25 year olds through a comprehensive training plan, including: safeguarding, communicating and social care.
Community Life
We believe in integrating with the communities where our services are present, supporting our young people to get involved in community events and activities.
Education Assistance
Whether academic or vocational, our Personal Education Plans are aimed at ensuring our young people get the best educational opportunities.
Skills for Life
We work alongside other organisations to help provide our young people with a range of skills and experience to support the transition to independent living.
